VIRGIN MEDIA - BILL EXPLAINER
A Bill explainer is supposed to explain how to read your paper or digital bill online. The existing bill explainer was, first, too complex to use and navigate. Second, it was not responsive and needed a visual update. We were first briefed to create an MVP mobile version. This was to show the business there was potential for a whole new makeover, as users did not know how to use the bill explainer itself.
